Share a rider status page

Before you start

Status pages are off until an owner or admin turns them on. Go to Settings, then Production stages, and switch on Customer status pages.

Steps

1. Open the order

   The order must be In production.

2. Open the status page settings

   Select More actions, then Customer status page….

3. Check sharing is on

   Share this board's status with the customer is on for every order by default.

4. Send it

   Select Copy link and send it to the rider, or download the QR code for the receipt or the pickup tag. Select Preview to see what they'll see.

What the rider sees

The page shows the board, the stage it's in, how far along it is and what's up next, with Questions about your board? to contact your shop. It shows stage and progress only, never prices or payments. The page updates as you move the board on the floor.

If something goes wrong

If Customer status page… isn't in the menu, check the order is In production and that Customer status pages is switched on in Settings.
