Questions about

Is there a fee on sales?
No. Surfbase takes no fee on your online-store sales. Stripe’s own card fees still apply.
Do I need Stripe to sell?
No. Without Stripe the store runs in enquiry mode: buyers ask about a board and you reply from Surfbase.
What if two people buy the same board?
The first paid checkout marks it sold. A second payment is flagged so you can refund it.
What syncs with Shopify?
Stock boards and size runs go out as products, with your collections. Orders for them come back in, and shipping goes back out with tracking.
Which plans include the store?
Pro lists up to 50 boards and Business as many as you like. Shopify listings follow the same limits.
