How a board gets on the floor

A board joins the floor when its order moves to In production. Open a paid order and select Start production. The board goes into your first stage.

Move a board

1. Open the floor

   Select Production in the sidebar. Each column is a stage.

2. Drag it

   Drag a board's card into the next column. You can also open the card's stage menu and select Move to, followed by the stage name.

3. Undo a slip

   Select Undo on the message that appears, or choose Back to the previous stage from the menu.

To move several boards together, tick them and select the Move to button in the bar that appears.

Use the workshop scan

Every order has a Staff QR code in its More actions menu. Print it and keep it with the board.

1. Scan the board

   Point your phone's camera at the code, or select Scan a board on the floor. You need to be signed in to the team.

2. Move it on

   The board opens on your phone with its current stage and days there. Select the big button to move it to the next stage.

Finishing up

At the last stage the board is done. Open the order and select Ready for pickup or Mark as shipped.
