Before you start

Orders are on the Basic, Pro and Business plans. Basic includes 100 orders a month, Pro 500 and Business has no limit. Every board on an order comes from a design, so draw or import the board first.

Steps

  1. Start the order

Go to Orders and select Create order. You can also select New order on a customer's page, which opens a draft order for them where you add the boards.

  2. Choose the customer

Under Customer, search or select a customer. If they're new, select New customer, fill in their name and select Create customer.

  3. Add the boards

Select Add item and search boards by name, or pick a collection. Selecting a board adds it to the order straight away.

  4. Set the price and quantity

Type the Unit price for each line and change Qty if they want more than one. The total updates as you type.

  5. Add notes

Notes are optional and are for your team only. The customer never sees them.

  6. Create it

Select Create order. The order is saved as a draft.

What happens next

When the quote is ready, select Request payment to move the order to Pending payment. Items can only be changed while an order is in draft or pending payment. The customer and notes can still change later.
