Change plan or cancel

Before you start

Only the team owner can change the plan. Admins can see Plan & billing but not change it.

Upgrade

1. Open Plan & billing

   Go to Settings, then Plan & billing, and select Change plan.

2. Pick the plan

   Select Upgrade to Pro, or whichever plan you want. From Free, you pay in Stripe Checkout and come back to Surfbase.

3. Confirm

   On a paid plan, select Upgrade now. The change takes effect immediately, and Stripe prorates the difference for the rest of this billing period.

Downgrade

Select Downgrade on a cheaper plan, then Schedule downgrade. You keep your current plan until the end of the billing period. Before you confirm, Surfbase lists any limits your team would go over.

Changed your mind? Select Keep, followed by your current plan's name.

Cancel

1. Start the cancellation

   Under Cancel subscription, select Cancel plan.

2. Confirm it

   Your plan runs until the end of the billing period, then the team moves to Free.

To undo it before then, select Resume.
